The location itself of the restaurant is not the best but the owners have managed, thanks to the well-kept furnishings, to make the Selva a welcoming and pleasant place for an excellent dinner.
Super friendly staff, especially the maitre d' who was able to guide us in choosing the wines in a professional and very exhaustive way.
Very detailed and well-made menu, so much so as to specify celiac-friendly or non-celiac dishes; very interesting and varied wine list.
The only negative note of the evening was the service which was a little too fast for the type of dinner.
We ate an appetizer and a first or second course each, a bottle of wine, 2 glasses of fortified wine, dessert and coffee for a cost of €65 per person.
Dish of the evening: crispy fried cod with caramelized onions and red onion ice cream... an absolute must try!
We will definitely be back if we ever come back here again!
