Restaurant found by chance during a visit to Saint Jean de Luz. Being gluten intolerant, I was delighted to be able to find a menu where I didn't have to deprive myself. Very warm welcome and very smiling and attentive staff with their customers Menu at 29.90: delicious starter whose flavors were perfectly balanced (Basquaise casserole-style egg with belly). The main course has nothing to envy of the starter and is just as tasty! (Baked hake with basil sauce accompanied by white rice). Dessert slightly too sweet and hearty for me but I prefer savory to sweet. If I remain objective, the dessert was very well made (Jurançon pear panacotta) No problem when I asked for a doggy bag which is nice when everything is so good!

Great welcome, very smiling and attentive staff (water change without being asked) We took 2 menus and were not disappointed. Almost the entire menu and gluten-free! Balances in each dish a true typically Basque decile. Possibility of putting in a dogybag without any great problem!!! I highly recommend
