10/10 experience! I have celiac and tried the restaurant within the lodge. Very delicious and safe for celiacs. The waitress immediately asked if I had celiac when I asked about GF. She helped me figure out what was safe to eat. I got a burger with a GF bun and a side salad as the fries are not safe from cross contamination. The burger was DELICIOUS! The bun wasn't dry or falling apart, great GF bun:) The view while dining is wonderful as well.

We checked out this lodge/resort on a our recent trip to Yellowstone. We stayed at a hotel in town and came here for the gluten free food. My burger, pictured, was not gluten free. It was delicious! My wife enjoyed her gluten free food. Highly recommended!
