Laos in Town

I have a gluten allergy and specified that very clearly when I ordered. I double checked with the waiter because I could tell he wasn’t paying attention and was making errors with other orders at my table. He assured me it was gluten free and I still got incredibly sick from the food :(

My experience at Laos in Town exceeded all my expectations. I went there for dinner, ordering a litany of dishes including the lamb curry, spring rolls, crispy rice salad, crab cake, crispy rock fish, French pastry dessert, and mango with sticky rice, along with the tasty midnight treasure cocktail. Every dish was prepared with great presentation, amazing flavors and a wide array of sweet, spicy, sour, tangy and umami palettes that fit both meat, meatless and gluten-free diets. The lamb curry stuck with me as the highlight dish, with the meat falling off the bone and the curry providing a savory and creamy blend. Our server, Pak, was amazing as she provided detailed explanations and descriptions of each dish, gave recommendations and just overall made sure we enjoyed every aspect of the meal. I look forward to coming back.

We consistently love visiting Laos in town! Delicious food, gluten free options (I have celiacs and have never had any issue with gluten free items), amazing decor and fantastic service! Today our server Louis was kind, upbeat, accurate with our order, and ensured we were well taken care of! We love it here!
