We’ve been going here for years and have experienced nothing but amazing service and food. As someone with celiac disease, I’m super thankful we have a local family owned Mexican restaurant where I can safely eat. We’ve enjoyed their food in the restaurant, take out, and delivery — all great experiences food wise and customer service wise. I’ve had Mexican food from up and down the West Coast and this is the best we’ve found in the Hayden/CDA area. It’s unfortunate that some entitled tourists are bashing them AND our area online. Us locals know a great business and family - thank you Las Chevlas!

Las Chavelas catered for How Much More’s valentines dinner theatre event on February 10th and the food was very delicious! Would love to come visit the restaurant in person one day whenever I’m in the area. (Also glad that the meal was gluten free, which is helpful for me.)
