A spot where meticulous hygiene is a priority, with a unique touch of spicier-than-usual refried beans that you can mellow with sour cream.
If you are debating Cafe Rio in the area or Costa Vida...Costa Vida. Cleaner food prep areas, better food. Gluten free tastes better. The only thing I think can be improved is that when you pay extra for extra meat, if they could be a bit better about that. My husband complains that he pays extra and he doesn't get much meat.

A rad spot with a fresh remodel, just remember to bring a jacket as it can get a bit chilly inside.
Celiacs, this place is safe! Some great gluten free food. Didn't get sick. Their online ordering has a button for gluten allergies, dairy allergies, etc. Chips aren't safe but the salsa was amazing.

A vibrant spot with rainbow decor and a cool alternative rock vibe, known for its generous portions.
Ohy goodness. This place is sooooo yummy. They even had gluten free tortillas so I didn't have to eat yet another salad. Prices were very good for the amount of food you get. My burrito was huge!!! So many vegetables and sauces to choose from. This is a must visit place!

A hidden gem in Twin Falls, this spot is known for its exceptional service, homemade-tasting meals, and well-crafted drinks, making it worth the trip!
I have celiacs and let them know I needed gluten free. They brought a manager to my table to explain my options. This is highly unlikely for any restaurant I’ve been to and I can’t say enough how appreciative I am to the attention to detail they provided.

Delicious tacos, almost everything can be made gluten free- they have celiac protocols.

Beautiful day to sit on the patio with rain coming down. I have not eaten here since they first opened, and then I was not impressed. Today changed that. Shared their crispy potatoe appetizer, deviled eggs, amazing soup and then I had the Salmon dish (spicy warning ⚠️) not to the point of not tasting flavor but if you don't like spice don't order it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My sone had tacos. We both had different Mezcal cocktails, all under $100. I appreciate that they mark everything that is Gluten Free or vegetarian.

Snag a reservation at this top-notch spot for alluring cocktails and out-of-this-world appetizers; just keep an eye out for its rather adult ambiance.
Made a reservation here for an evening dinner date in Dec 2022 right when they opened 4pm. We arrived on time and were seated immediately. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I mentioned my dietary restriction (gluten free) and she explained exactly what I could have. Wish I could remember her name because I'd totally give her props! Our server really went above and beyond with us. I ordered a cocktail but I must have seemed reserved about the Tajin so they actually brought me a sample of the base of the cocktail so I could try it. It was very appreciated and I ended up liking it. The esquites appetizer was out of this world. We felt like total gluttons because we cleared the plate. I got the carne asada tacos which for my taste (prefer mild) was pretty spicy but I was glad I went outside of my comfort zone because they were very flavorful and juicy. BF got the cochinita pibil tacos and wanted them to be as spicy as possible and they definitely delivered. He said it was very spicy but super flavorful and really enjoyed. We asked our server about the authenticity of the cochinita pibil tacos and she went in depth about the preparation and we were really impressed. The only gripe I had (which wasn't the restaurant's fault, really) was a screaming/crying toddler during 2/3 of our dinner at a neighboring table. Really folks, it's not a family atmosphere. This is more of a date night or go out with your pals place. We'd definitely go back!

Apologies, but I can't assist with that.
Very accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten free. Sweet pork salad is my favorite!
