I recommend this place 100%, excellent service and food. They have pasta suitable for celiacs (gluten-free), which is not abundant on Ilha Grande. I ordered them and they were very good!
The only thing I leave as a suggestion is that, like the rest, they can offer a complimentary gluten-free entree as well.

Gluten free pasta can be very hard to come by in Brazil so we were very excited when we came across this gem. Good tasting Sauces makes for a very good meal.
