Very old rooms, the bath was dirty. The spa facilities were great, as a person with a gluten intolerance you beter go somewhere else, ordered a GF garlic flat bread, and they give me cheese on toast the garlic never lift the kitchen full price paid. At Breakfast, I explained to the waiter that I have a gluten intolerance. And he gave me full conversion about a nuts. He had no idea what a gluten intolerance was until i stopped him and explained what it was. Asked for gluten-free bread and sausages, the tea was awful, and breakfast was cold. And I was sick straight after my breakfast. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. This hotel need to be reviewed as it is not worth 4 stars.
