We came here to eat, and while Desi places rarely have gluten-free options, my husband insisted we ask—and to our surprise, they do! Not only that, but if you call ahead, they’ll prepare fresh gluten-free dough just for you. We ordered two gluten-free parathas, two chanas, two omelettes, achar, chutney, and large karak and Kashmiri chai. The portions were absolutely massive! The omelette was the size of a small pizza (around 8 inches), and the paratha was a generous 10 inches when opened. We ended up with so much left over that next time we’ll definitely just get one of each.
What really stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the staff were. They greeted us with smiles, took the time to explain their options, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They truly went above and beyond by bringing the food out to our car, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture.
As for the Kashmiri chai, it was absolutely incredible. I’ve had Kashmiri chai in Bolton, Manchester, and London, but this was by far the closest to what I’ve had in Pakistan—rich, authentic, and perfectly brewed. We stumbled upon this place by accident on the way to another Desi breakfast spot, but it’s now going to be our go-to. To top it all off, they open at 8am, unlike most places that open at 10am, making it perfect for a delicious breakfast after our night shifts. This place is truly a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Third time eating here and they've really let themselves down by overbooking for mothers day. Food took way too long to arrive with us tucking into our mains about an hour and 45 mins after our 5pm booking. By this time the 2 toddlers we had with us were completely worn out and it really took away from the meal for most of us.
Looking around at other tables it was clear to see a lot of other diners fed up of waiting too. No apology or explanation from the (in fairness, overworked) staff and any time we needed service we had to try hard to get someone's attention. Would have liked another drink over the course of the meal and probably dessert but by the time we finished our mains we were just too fed up of waiting to order anything else.
As I said, its a shame as it's usually a nice restaurant and they cater well for my coeliac mother which isn't all that common in italians, but just feels like a greedy approach to cramming people in without the facilities/staff has taken away from any good points.

Called for a late lunch yesterday (Monday). My partner ordered sirloin steak which was said to be served with grilled tomato and seasonal salad. When it arrived, the steak was meagre in size and the tomato was literally a salad tomato cut in half, not even grilled! And what do we call a seasonal salad? Lettuce and tomato. Ok, I guess that does pass as salad, but for the price, we would have expected a little more to be honest.
I had the chicken salad from the non gluten containing menu. The chicken was very dry and overall, both meals were pretty disappointing. Shame really, because given the location, I would have been tempted to return, but probably will give it a miss in the future.
