Lavish Cafe

Really can’t fault this place! The service is quick and friendly, food is consistently good and they cater really well for gluten free folks!

I've struggled with the whole Coeliac disease/gluten-free enigma/trial, for over a year now & was very wary of being "glutened", due to inadequate care or the whole cross-contamination thing, whilst dining out 😢 Not anymore 😊 My son (not a celiac) & I ate there last Sunday...& again yesterday! We "scored" the meals as we ate...10/10 across the board! I had battered fish (1st time in over a year) salad and chips & WOW 🤤 Yesterday, I had the Chicken snitzel, salad, chips & luscious mushroom gravy...WOW again 🤤 The wonderful restaurant & staff were 10/10 too 😁 Thankyou to the owner & staff for providing a haven for my family, to finally have a dining out experience we can ALL enjoy ❤️

I found out about this cafe from a friend and I'm so glad I did, as I have a feeling it's going to become a favourite. The venue itself is lovely and spacious, not cramped and noisy like so many other places are, and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The food is yummy (my mother in law reckons her omelette was the best she's ever eaten), but my biggest praise is for the super warm and friendly service from the staff, and their attention to detail when catering to gluten free customers. We will definitely be back again!
