Each of their desserts has the flavor and aroma of the desserts of the past, it is not the "industrial pastry shop" that, alas, we are used to, for me it is unimaginable to eat a dessert that is not theirs... I took several delicacies from them, lastly, given the summer season, a baked cassata with melon frost (in the gluten free version), what can I say: you could smell everything: the scent of cinnamon, jasmine, chocolate chips, sugar well dosed and without excess ... vote 10!

A gem inside the Capo market, I have already tried their cassata, their cake with rose cream and strawberry coulis, the Pantelleria kiss and the shortcrust pastry with gianduia and caramel ganache... what can I say, all of quality if you want to eat an artisanal pastry dessert and not the usual all sugar and zero quality things, the owner, Barbara, very kind and welcoming... I have celiac disease so I order first... rating 10
