Arancini / rack of lamb polenta roasted carrot / pavlova - meringue with Espelette pepper.
A cocktail of the day and a Marsanne.
Really very good.
At the table, there was also red mullet caught daily.
The meat knife deserves to cut better.
Once again, charming welcome, very beautiful setting, very good cuisine.
Note that the menu indicates gluten and all that, but the quinoa for the red mullet was cooked with coriander.
Personally, I love it, but those who hate it, really don't like it...
