Very nice experience. A perfect service with requests taken into account (gluten free and animal dairy free) without any difficulty even though we had booked just 2 hours before and without warning. Perfectly seasoned dishes, just the right balance of quantities. Superb presentation and dishes. Thank you for bringing French gastronomy to life.

I'm going to highlight your knowledge of gluten next. The presentation of the dishes, their flavor, the quantity, the quality of the service, the atmosphere, the cleaning and disinfection, the hot water in the bathrooms, the space between tables, the wine has been excellent.
