The elegant space created by hospitality veterans Hunter and Ko is only matched by the impeccable service and attention to detail of the team. The degustation with paired wines was nothing less than sensational. An homage to the very best local ingredients prepared with flair and pizazz, yet never ostentatiously. Bold, yet disciplined. Playful, but respectful. Thoroughly recommend this one... Worthy of a detour. Despite its modest size and degustation only style, the kitchen perfectly accommodated my spouse's gluten intolerance.
