Le Toaster is my favorite brunch restaurant in Montreal! The prices are correct in relation to the quantity and quality. Everything is delicious. There are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options so it's perfect for going out to lunch with all my friends who have different dietary restrictions. The menu changes regularly depending on the seasons, but there are classics that remain (like the delicious breakfast poutine). The only problem: the place is very small so you sometimes have to wait before you can enter.

Really a nice little lunch spot in Villeray. Takeout obliges during the pandemic. We had the classic breakfast poutine and the béné avocado. Beautiful portions, well refined and truly delicious. My girlfriend is gluten-free and they adapted the potato béné to replace the English muffin. The staff is super nice. In short, we found our go-to lunch!
