Several of the menu options are made with gluten-free ingredients, but they do not have a dedicated fryer in the kitchen so they are not safe for those with celiac disease. (I asked for the pabellon arepas to be made with avocado instead of fried plantains, and that was really good.)

This place is NOT allergy friendly or gluten free as they pop up on google. They do not have gluten free options, only a bowl that is limited.

Love everything here, and the sauces 🤌
I especially appreciate that I can find gluten free options, and that I’m not sacrificing authenticity or deliciousness to do so!
