Holy Hannah, this is a good cookie! I hate when a cookie is wet in the middle, but I love a gluten free cookie. I was skeptical, because she was thick and tall, but she- yes I am calling this cookie she, was so good. Barely warm so there was a slight gooeyness to the chocolate. I was so in love. Walnuts on point for texture. Not cakey- I hate that. It was a soft cookie that was delicious. I got in and out quickly. Glad she lived up to the hype.

SO I went and back and got the Lemon Loaf and the Cinnamon Brioche goodies for my Aunt who came in town, and she loved everything but especially the lemon loaf. Moist and lemony.
However, got two more gluten free cookies this time, and they were like scones instead. Dry, grainy, I was in such shock! Did a different baker bake them? So not cool. There needs to be a consistency with the bakes so customers know what to expect.
