Told to go for roast beef. Husband ordered fire chickens sandwich. I got the beef. Maybe I don't eat Arby's enough to compare but hit home for a fast food sandwich. But if I order a gluten free bun and PAY FOR THAT UPGRADE, EMPLOYEES DONT QUESTION IF I HAVE AN ALLERY. I don't have to give anyone a reason, the bun comes in a plastic bag and the beef separate; why that question? Just not needed. Otherwise a decent experience with a chain restaurant.
