My husband and I went in today to get two sandwiches, a Caesar salad, and a pastry. We ordered at the front and waited almost 20 mins to receive our order. The entire meal cost over $60 even though they forgot to add chicken that we paid for to the salad, and one of the sandwiches (which we paid extra for because it was on gluten free bread) was on two 2in x 5in tiny slices of gluten free bread. The bread was stale and the sandwich was cold, even though it took 18 mins for our food to be ready. I understand paying more for gluten free bread given it’s expensive for restaurants to carry but for it to be half the size of the other sandwich but be $4 more is unfair. The salad was also the size of a side salad. We called for a refund on the missing chicken and the staff told us to come back to the restaurant and she would give me $5 cash even though I paid by card.
