Amazing gluten-free options at Little Fatty’s in Kauai! Their tacos are so good I went from ordering two… to three… to four… and then five. The shells are lightly fried—crisp yet still flexible—and absolutely perfect.

Love, love, love this little food truck! Service was excellent! My son has Celiac and everything on the menu is gluten free except the fried fish and soy sauce. We tried the carnitas, chicken and fresh catch fish tacos and everything was soo delicious! My son said this was the most delicious corn tortilla he has ever had. Don’t miss this place! You won’t be disappointed.
