To the owner who replied to my review: You should stop with the condescending replies to your reviews. You don't know who we are or what experience we have baking or bread making. For example, I have been baking all types of sourdough (even old world artisan) for over 2 decades. I have six jars of starter in my fridge, I know burned bread when I see it or taste it. I know the science. I know how to check the internal temperature to see when bread is done. I also know internal temp can't make up for bread that is overproofed or has too little gluten development, etc. The other reviewers who left bad reviews probably know what they are talking about as well. Try some humility, show some respect, and you will get more repeat customers (even previously unhappy customers). Your attitude will drive people away. I've owned businesses and I know what it takes. I hope your business flourishes and I hope your cinnamon raisin bread gets better.
