My husband, two kids, and I dined out for brunch on Easter morning. They had so many yummy gluten free options! I wish they carried GF pure organic maple syrup though as I am allergic to blueberries!
Expect a cozy vibe with a diverse menu, perfect for families, and a commitment to quality that shines through every visit.

Amazing savory and sweet crepes, and best of all for me, all are available in gluten free. We discovered this restaurant when we visited UNCW with our son, and now that he is a student there, we make sure to visit Our Crepes & More whenever we’re in town. My favorites are the Monte-Cristo savory and the Mont-Blanc sweet, but really, we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried.
A go-to spot for families with a solid menu that keeps everyone happy, ensuring tasty options every visit.

I have to avoid gluten at all costs and this place provided a great selection of safe options. The food is good and the person taking the order was friendly and knowledgeable about the gluten issue and cross contact.

A Friend and I ate here while on a mini vacation. The staff are very friendly and attractive to your needs. I had the raspberry stuffed French toast on Gluten Free bread. With a fruit bowl. My friend had the bacon avocado omelet with fried potatoes. The food was amazing! The flavor was spot on. I love food that had a lot of flavor . If you are in the area this restaurant is a must!
The vibe here is awesome and consistent, making it a must-visit spot for amazing sandwiches and a welcoming atmosphere in the Cargo District!

There’s nothing better than a grilled cheese sandwich from Cheesesmith ESPECIALLY because they have GF options for those like myself who can’t have gluten. 10/10 all around.

We ordered 145 boxed meals from Jason's Deli for a teen day camp we were hosting this summer and it was perfect! Portion sizes were spot on and the dessert and pickle were a great addition. Prompt delivery and had all the extra condiments we could've needed. Also able to cater to vegetarian and gluten free requests was a big plus. Thank you to your team for taking care of us! Will definitely be using you again!

What a hidden gem this place is! The menu is amazing! The burgers are the best I’ve had! They had many gluten free options which is awesome! The owner really puts a lot of love into this place and it shows! Unfortunately I forgot our lovely waitress's name but she was great!

This was a lovely place to eat lunch in Wilmington! I’m gluten-free and the staff were so helpful at explaining their kitchen practices, I felt so safe and happy having many options. I had their salsa sampler which was amazing, their salsa is so bright and refreshing. I also had the jerk shrimp tostada with coconut rice, both were stellar! So fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend Savorez to anyone in the area!

This is the 3rd Blueberry's Grill we have visited and without question on our breakfast or brunch list to visit every trip, whether we are in Wilmington or Myrtle Beach, NC. Fresh baked goods, gluten-free, friendly, and an amazing menu. It's tough to make a menu decision with such a wide variety of options, but that's what makes great restaurants. Bring patience, as others know how good this place is, and there likely will be a small wait - worth the wait! If you're looking to create memories, this is the kind of good food and warm environment that family and friends will remember ❤️

The absolute best quick breakfast i have picked up in a LONG time. it’s so hard to find filling vegetarian/gluten free food without sitting down somewhere. Love how easy it was to order through their app as well, and how customizable everything was. I ended up going back same day to get another drink, too. The staff are so kind I can’t wait to get breakfast from here again, I’m genuinely obsessed with this sandwich.
A must-visit for unique dishes and a laid-back vibe, it's perfect for a cozy morning with coffee and time to unwind before the crowd arrives.

Lots of delicious GF brunch options, and GF bread is available. They were very receptive when I reported it was due to celiac disease and brought my food out separate from the rest of the groups.

My family and I ate here for Christmas Eve dinner and had a lovely experience! I am celiac, and they were very knowledgeable about cross contamination etc. and they had a gluten free cornbread!! Great food & a fun wine selection, my MIL had their orange wine which paired very nicely with their oysters & seafood apps. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent service and menu selection. The gluten free bread was a little on the dry side and it is on the noisy side in the restaurant. Great choice for brunch with yummy cocktails. Highly recommend the green kale and lemon juice.
Great menu with wonderful and clearly marked gluten free options. They also were very accommodating with outdoor seating and even had heaters on the patio facing the river front. The service was excellent too!

The Spoonfed team catered my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process! I had several guests with allergies and Susan was a joy to work with to make sure there were accommodations for everyone. Not only that, but the gluten free and vegan options were JUST as delicious as the other options. Hands down, it was the best wedding dinner I’ve ever had, and we received countless compliments the next day from guests who felt the same. The staff was incredible—not only were they professional and attentive, but they also brought so much joy to our day. The morning of the wedding, our wedding party had breakfast at the restaurant, and the staff made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. I’m so grateful we can continue enjoying Spoonfed’s amazing food at their restaurant!

The people who work here are very accommodating for large groups. We had a large work group here and everyone was kind and respectful, even with a group of rowdy children. The food came out pretty quick too. Also, had people in our group with food allergies and they were handled with care. The gluten-free food options were great!

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Our group found ourselves in the downtown area during lunch, with almost nothing open and me needing gluten free options. We took a short drive over to Castle Street Kitchen because they had gluten free buns and sides. Its was a cute place and service was great. Everyone really liked their food. I had the cheeseburger with a gluten free bun and side of fresh fruit. The fruit contained pineapple, blue berries, and grapes that were fresh and crisp. The burger was made from good, flavorful beef. The gluten free bun wasn’t bad, a bit crumbly but the taste was fine. Be aware the gluten free bun did have sesame seeds on it. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.
Chic and modern inside, this cozy spot surprises with top-notch drinks and a vast selection of unique morning options.

I stopped in today for the first time after living in Wilmington for many years. This is truly the best coffee I have had since moving here. I was recently diagnosed celiac and was really happy that they had gluten free bakery items I could eat. I had the Oat Pumpkin Latte and a carrot oat cookie. Both were amazing. I can’t remember the last time I had such good quality coffee in Wilmington. I have my fingers crossed a second location could open towards the middle of town or Monkey Junction!
Excellent customer service. Friendly staff and delicious food! Gluten free and vegan options that actually taste good!! Love their business model as well.

Super nice staff, the gluten free option contained egg whites, which I can’t eat either, so I brought my own bread and they just gave me the avocado toast without the toast and it was DELICIOUS!!! So so good! Their frozen mimosas (Fro-Mo) are a really good too!

I'm gluten free and vegetarian and loved the dinner I had a delicious meal here! I had the smoky black bean taco and loved the soft and hard taco combo. My partner had the tequila chicken taco and southern fried steak taco. Flavors were great and we loved the chips and salsa! Chips share a fryer so there is cross contamination but it didn't bother me (not celiac).
Cool vibe with affordable Baja fish tacos and delicious margaritas on Mondays, making it a hit for great food and fun hangouts.

Love the $4 Baja fish tacos. I am gluten free and they are always so accommodating in grilling the fish and giving me a corn tortilla instead of a flour tortilla.
The food is delicious and the $4 wannabe margaritas on Mondays are amazing too.

Waited for 10 mins before we had to ask to be seated. Not busy and plenty of workers. Waitress didn't ask if we wanted anything after waiting 15 mins for food. Was charged over $18 for 4 gluten free Pancakes and a cup of coffee. Had to get to an appt so didn't question it. Jacksonville is so much better!

GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Absolutely delicious. We are here on vacation and we hadn't had Mongolian bbq and well over a decade, mostly because of no availability but also because of my gluten allergies. we stopped in to try our luck and they were more then accommodating. They let me know everything I could eat and what not to and brought out gf soy sauce too. And to top it off the chef thoroughly cleaned the section he cooked my food on and used fresh utensils. So awesome. Also I waited 3 days to post to make sure I didn't have a reaction.

Lovely restaurant….authentically French…great atmosphere… lunch was delicious and then I lost my mind in the bakery! Gluten free options and great choices… delicious!
My boyfriend and I placed online orders and picked them up. I ordered the mahi mahi with rice and broccoli. He ordered the parmesan crusted rainbow trout with mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and the steamed mussels. My fish was overcooked which made it less enjoyable to eat. When opening the box of steamed mussels, my boyfriend picked out a piece of plastic in his food. I also asked for my meal to come without bread as I have a gluten allergy that I noted on my order, however it still came with bread. The rainbow trout was ice cold and bland. Either the plastic in the food or the cold fish has severely upset my boyfriend’s stomach. While I am not one to leave reviews, we had an unsatisfactory experience and hope that this can help improve the service for other guests going forward.

I’m in town for a weightlifting competition. I stopped in here looking for a gluten free sandwich and the owner was so friendly and helpful! As someone with Celiac and a dairy allergy I’m always weary of ordering food from restaurants. Not only does Kale Me Crazy have an amazing selection of allergy friendly food, I even had a note tucked in to my order telling me the pesto had cheese in it so they put it separate in case I couldn’t eat it (it looks delish, but I can’t eat cheese). It really made me feel great about how seriously the staff takes food allergies. Thank you so much for the care and the amazing food!

This place is definitely a gem! We were in town for a sports tournament and looking for a good place to eat. We try to eat locally whenever possible, instead of doing chains. We opted for this spot based off positive reviews. It did not disappoint!
It's a cute little place with a down home feel. The service and the food were very good. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are generous. They were able to accommodate my son's gluten free diet without any issues, including dessert.
We are so glad we decided to give them a try and will definitely return next time we are in the area!
The food is always fresh and hot! The Employees are always extra nice. Like out of the ordinary nice. Compared to other fast food resturaunts! They even have gluten free foods. That's awesome!
