Lots of delicious GF brunch options, and GF bread is available. They were very receptive when I reported it was due to celiac disease and brought my food out separate from the rest of the groups.

OMG This place is great!!! So many original things. I had the chicken and waffle. It's a huge chicken breast, very crunchy yet juicy! It's on one big waffle that is cooked just right. (it's has bacon slices on top, however, I did not get that). And then the bourbon syrup was extra good. I also got the sweat potato biscuits. They were really good. That came with cream cheese icing butter type spread, wow! Be aware, the biscuits don't hold together as well as regular bread (that's a main benefit of gluten and wheat), so they can come apart. Finally, the staff is amazing. Most of them are young, college age. They were some of the most cheerful kind people. Excellent hiring! Also, it's not busy till like 1000. I went at 0900; ate, sipped coffee and read until they filled up around 1000.
