Found Something FISHy through the @Find Me Gluten Free app, checked out reviews and off we went. It was the PERFECT welcome to the Wilmington area. I got fried shrimp w/ fries while my husband had fish, shrimp & fries. So delicious and ready quick. Fried to perfection! They have a gluten free prep area and dedicated fryer. We later found out that's where hubby's family has been eating for years.

If you’re a celiac, here’s your breakfast spot! They have a printed gluten free menu with SO MANY OPTIONS! The food was absolutely out of this world delicious, the staff were beyond kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is upbeat and fun! I have zero complaints. I’ll be back again every time I visit Wilmington!

Amazing savory and sweet crepes, and best of all for me, all are available in gluten free. We discovered this restaurant when we visited UNCW with our son, and now that he is a student there, we make sure to visit Our Crepes & More whenever we’re in town. My favorites are the Monte-Cristo savory and the Mont-Blanc sweet, but really, we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried.

The falafels are labeled on the menu as GF, but all food is cooked in a shared fryer. I had told our waitperson that I was GF and TNF and asked if my order was safe; I was not warned about the shared fryer. Safe if one can eat just a little bit of gluten.

Extremely cute little spot in downtown Wilmington with lots of a character!! Great lunch spot to grab a sandwich & is extremely allergy friendly! They had gluten free bread and all of their sides were also gluten free. Their homemade chips are seasoned so well & are so good, I’m still thinking about them days after our trip! Also - plenty of vegan options!

A Friend and I ate here while on a mini vacation. The staff are very friendly and attractive to your needs. I had the raspberry stuffed French toast on Gluten Free bread. With a fruit bowl. My friend had the bacon avocado omelet with fried potatoes. The food was amazing! The flavor was spot on. I love food that had a lot of flavor . If you are in the area this restaurant is a must!

What a great experience! We had my nephews wedding rehearsal brunch here and it was perfect. The food was delicious and came out quick! Everyone finished their plate completely. And it was beautifully plated. The restaurant itself is cute and the patio was perfect for our party of 25. The thing that made it so special was our server, Judah. He was fast, attentive, and so friendly!!! They have gluten free options, and vegetarian. As a gluten free vegan I order the oatmeal. Not very exciting but it was actually really good.

Three10 is located in a lovely house with an open kitchen and a large outdoor space. The tables are well spaced so you never feel hemmed in. The staff is professional and attentive. The menu includes imaginative preparations for their dishes, one of my favorites is the black garlic Caesar salad. The special of the day was a striped bass over polenta with guanciale and puttanesca which my husband loved. The roasted oysters prepared with bacon, collards and cornbread crumbs are wonderful. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and most dishes can be prepared gluten free. Highly recommend!

A nice and classy restaurant with delicious vegan and gluten-free food, cocktails and mocktails. A great place to dress up and get a fine dining vibe in a beach town. Every time I am in Wilmington, it is a must for dinner and brunch. Today we had vegan brunch and left us wanting to return: *Waffles Ranchero Masa waffles, spicy chard and yummy chimichurri crema. *Mushroom & Grits Mild Cajun crema over crunchy oyster mushrooms and corn yummyness. *Bloody Mary to perfection. *Espresso Martini good but on the sweet side. **Desserts to die-for: Banana Bread, Carrot Cake and Caramel Cheesecake. All three moist and tasty. Yum! My favorite thing about this place is their focus on locally grown including their very own greenhouse with herbs and greens. 💙💙💙

So second time coming and possibly the last… I’ve been here before and I really liked it. This time I was honestly SO disappointed because I was really looking forward to coming here because it’s like a special occasion. So about the food— I ordered gluten free pizza. It was soggy and falling apart. Flavor was good. Also ordered a burger with a gluten free “bun” however it was not a bun it was small pieces of thin sandwhich bread that when I picked up the burger it had been disintegrated in the container already. So the burger just fell apart. Honestly I really wanted to have a nice meal but nobody could really enjoy the food. So that’s my review it was good before but this time was bad enough to tell me maybe ownership changed or quality control got fired man I’m not sure.

4 for us went for dinner. I have celiac disease. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about there menu and what can be made gluten free. I ordered the seafood stir fry under the chef's specials. It was absolutely amazing. I also had the fresh spring roll, Ajay delicious. The rest of the group ordered their regular dishes. Various appetizers and main course and all raved about how great, very tasty, and filling. I've been to several Thai restaurants and by far this is the best by far for celiacs.

Excellent gluten free options! The calamari was very good. Unfortunately, the service was very slow for how low the occupancy was. We ended up getting ours to go since we sat for so long and just wanted to get headed home. The server admitted it was real slow and apologized.

I cannot possibly say enough amazing things about our dining experience at Seabird last night! I made a reservation online for 4 people. One friend was unable to join, so it ended up being three of us celebrating my engagement. When we arrived at our table, there was a congratulations note and an origami swam waiting for us- so sweet! Our server, Erin, was the best server I have ever had the pleasure of knowing- from start to finish, she checked on us frequently, was so kind and friendly that we all felt the warm fuzzies, knew the wine menu in and out (one of my group is a wine professional), and gave the most incredible descriptions of the food options that we all ended up overordering and enjoying everything! Food run down- - Shellem Wild Mussels- Unfortunately I was not able to try these as I’m allergic to an ingredient in them. My friend ordered them and devoured them! She gave a 5 star rating! - Fresno Chili Prok Ribs- delicious! I’m a spice wimp so they were a little hot for my taste, and my friend loved them! - Roasted Carrot Salad- what a treat! This salad had the sweetness from the carrots and carrot puree combined with a light dressing and thinly sliced limes. It was an incredible salad! - Smoked Catfish and Oyster Pie- we weren’t sure what to expect with this dish. It came in a bowl like a soup and had a baked topping on it almost like a pita/cheese layer. It was fantastic! It also came with herbs you could shred and add to it. - Shellem oysters- locally farmed, briney, so fresh! This comes with two different hot sauces, cocktail sauce, and another sauce along with lemons. - Eastern Cioppino- one friend is gluten-free and dairy-free. This dish was able to be made perfectly for her! She said this is her favorite dish to order, and our waitress said it’s the one she eats the most as well. Delicious! - We also had two cheese plates- a gouda and a blue cheese- that were delicious and great portions! - Then at the end, to celebrate my engagement, I had a scoop of lemon poppyseed ice cream! - Throughout our meal we also had a number of different glasses of wines. We were able to taste each one first, and Erin was amazing about splitting the glasses- we didn’t all want full glasses of wine, and you can’t order a half glass, so we would order a glass and be served two half glasses to share. Brilliant! Honestly, Seabird is probably the best dining experience in Wilmington. They also keep notes about what food and drink you enjoy so that when you return, the team can suggest items you may really like and keep track of things like allergies. The manager frequently checked on every table as well, and the entire team worked together seamlessly to ensure we had everything we needed at all times. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy every minute of our dining experience.

I really enjoyed our dinner here. Our server, Colin, was so kind and went over the menu with me since I have celiac and was very understanding while I tried to decide. I went with the garlic chili edamame and gluten free Sweet and Sour chicken. Colin even brought be a to go menu so I could familiarize myself for the next time we go.

Mission BBQ catered our backyard wedding for 40 guests and we cannot say enough good things about them. Sarah made the whole process of choosing our menu so enjoyable and seamless. The day-of caterers showed up in a timely manner and were so pleasant and professional with our guests! The table was decorated beautifully with greenery and signage. The food was literally to die for and everyone was raving about it. Lots of gluten free options. Our favs were the ribs and the cornbread (and everything else of course). Love this place! I have celiacs dx and the staff here is always knowledgeable and so accommodating! We came in today with a good sized party. Liam was our server. He did I so great with our chaos 3 kiddos a bunch of extra checks and allergies. One of the kiddos spilled a drink. He was so chill and handled it all with such grace. Thanks Liam!

We had reservations for 9 which was easily accommodated. The space and atmosphere was great. 4 of us ordered the butchers cut (14 oz ribeyes $45) and while they were all cooked correctly, mine wasn’t hot and they were all bland/didn’t seem to be seasoned at all and tough. My husband ordered the burger and they had a gluten free bun which was wonderful for him! The brussel sprouts and chocolate mouse cake was delicious! The server was great and the timing of food was reasonable. One reason we booked this restaurant was because they had parking on site in the parking deck, but it was full so we had to park really far away in another deck and walk which made some of our party late for our reservations so be aware of that if you’re having dinner there and not staying at the hotel.
