Went to get some boars head items at the store. Took a little time to find the qualified meats for my wife, who has dietary restrictions. First issue. The great thing about their meats, are the dairy and gluten free choices,but the pre cut from the store and wrapped, defeat the purpose since it's cut with the rest of the meats. That is contaminated. Couldn't get that. When I try to get the attention of the 2 men in deli,cleaning the equipment, I was ignored or not heard twice. Third time I asked with saying excuse me, I asked" I have a question about your pre cut boars head." Reply: "Sure you do." I was taken back from the answer and attitude. After they answered that it was cut from the shop and put into Boars Head bags with lables, I put them back because of the gluten and dairy contamination. I walked around using the Boars Head Site to guide me for safe eating. I asked an employee if there is any more sections or spots around the store for wrapped from factory boars head and proceeded to tell me she had no clue where items were and later found out she was a cashier, with little knowledge of the store. I found one option that worked needless to say. My wife has the rewards system for the store and may shop there once in a while,but for the life of me ,I will never go there again. I have worked in retail and several consumer in public interaction jobs most of my life and the experience was dreadful. Terrible customer service and knowledge was minimal. Take pride, for real, in your job.
