We were there last night, and Will behind the bar was absolutely amazing!! I have celiac, and the amount of care he gave was incredible. He made sure he checked with the chef on things I ordered “just to be safe.” I didn’t ask him to do that, he just did it because he cared. I always feel so bad when we go out to eat, because I know it’s probably very annoying for the servers and chefs (and trust me, it’s just as annoying for me… I miss foods made with flour so much! lol) I just expect that I may get some gluten in my food, and that’s on me, but he was on top of everything I ordered… even down to my salad dressing. Something I hadn’t even thought about. I can’t not put into words how fantastic he was. Top tier service! On top of that, our food was beyond delicious. We go out to eat often, and this was one of the best dinners we have ever had!!

As someone who has to be gluten free I love coming here. I know I can get a good burger with a good bun and really enjoy the food. We hosted our aunt’s retirement party at Manera’s and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The staff were incredibly attentive and well-organized from start to finish. Our server was especially helpful, taking the time to explain the gluten-free options for one of our guests, which we really appreciated.
The meals were fantastic — we had steak, cod, chicken francese, and eggplant parm, and every single dish was a hit. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was!

Went out with my girlfriend and her parents for my girlfriends birthday
I have to eat gluten free and this restaurant was so accommodating, that I was actually able to experience hibachi at the hibachi tables. Typically when I go out to get hibachi they always make the food in the back and I miss out. But not these guys, they made my meal first to avoid cross contamination, and they gave me a double portion of fried rice in place of the noodles(they used gluten free soy sauce for the rice). I had steak and shrimp and it was phenomenal!
Definitely recommend for anyone who has a gluten sensitivity and wants to enjoy hibachi
