Here's a review based on your notes:
A delightful seafood shack experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, starting with a small but perfectly executed serving of coleslaw. It was refreshingly delicious and, thankfully, not drowning in dressing – a true testament to its quality. The star of the show, however, was undoubtedly the lobster. The serving was incredibly generous, packed with sweet, succulent meat that left us thoroughly satisfied. And if you're a chowder fan, their clam chowder is a must-try – it was wonderfully meaty and flavorful.
The atmosphere is exactly what you'd hope for at a casual seafood spot. Seating is very laid-back, offering a relaxed vibe, and the best part is being so close to the water. The restaurant itself has a cute facade, making for some nice photo opportunities. A heads-up about the restrooms: they appeared to be outdoor port-a-potties. Despite that minor detail, my family and I would absolutely recommend this spot for a delicious and unpretentious seafood feast!
*cost breakdown, two lobster rolls, clam chowder (Gluten-free, yay!) Coleslaw, and a hotdog.
