I would consider myself a GF bread connoisseur. I even bake my own sourdough gluten-free bread. Anytime Iโm in a new city. I looked to see what they have available for gluten-free bread and goodies. I grew up in Santa Barbara and Iโm here for a visit and was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon this place in a Google search. You order online and then itโs sort of self-serve pick up when you arrive tucked in an office park So it is quite unassuming. The people who worked there are absolutely delightful and introduced themselves and let me know. Best practice for heating up the various treats. I got their sourdough boule and a cinnamon roll.
No joke this is one of the absolute best sourdough gluten-free loves I have ever had. The texture has a lot of bounce, and the flavor has just the right amount of sour.
Cinnamon rolls without gluten, are notoriously hard to make well. They often come out rather tough This was not the case at all with theirs, which has a tender crumb and is not grossly sweet like many are as well.
I hope to try, honey, butter rolls, and chocolate chip cookies.
