The very first time I went, I ordered the Gluten-free Waffle (to die for!). Today, I decided to go for their Surfer-Burrito, that one did not disappoint. I was nervous to try this because of all of the reviews, but I've been here so many times now and they've all been pretty good. They are very friendly, one woman (Sari I believe her coworker said her name was) is there most of the time and remembers me and is very pleasant. Sometimes the wait can be long because it can get insanely busy. But it's honestly never crazy, it always seems to match the amount of people there. I have never had rude service. I think some people expect things to be out instantly because they think bagels are quick, but if there's a long line that's a bit unreasonable. Highly recommend. It's so hard to find places with gluten free bagels and vegan cream cheese
