My sisters who are gluten free had their jaws to the floor with how many wonderful options they had here. Literally there jaws were to the floor. It was hard to have them eat after because they both had them stuck down there. It was a little embarrassing. The food was great! As someone who can eat gluten, you hardly missed it. I’m from Philadelphia, and was diagnosed with celiac thirteen years ago. The fact that I can’t bring this place back to the east coast with me is a crime. Had the breakfast sandwich of my dreams, and pastries I can hardly find back home. I suppose I’ll just have to come back again to visit more often!

I traveled from Sacramento to try this gluten-free bakery. I was very surprised by the variety of items available. I wish they would open a location close by.
