A charming, quiet, and well-soundproofed hotel, a pleasant place to stay. The rooms have been stylishly and tastefully renovated, with thoughtful touches scattered throughout. The bedding is perfect, and the view is very pleasant.
The breakfast is good, with some thoughtful touches for those with gluten intolerance.
The restaurant is perfect, with a table not to be missed. I'll share one of our meals with you.
To start, there was a truffle potato emulsion, asparagus cream with wild garlic croutons and julienned ham, a pyramid of foie gras with Gewurztraminer, and homemade Presskopf.
To finish, there was an Alsatian rum baba. 😋
We were welcomed and served by passionate and attentive hosts.
Thank you for this stay.
