The personal was super friendly and helpful, food was great, accommodation impeccably cleaned and also quiet. We were with our sweet dog, who also loved the place since there was a lot of grass for him to run and play around. Also I’m gluten intolerant and the staff arranged gluten free bread. People who are complaining, should book a 5* hotel. For us, realistic people, it was way more than we expected for the price we paid. Thank you for making our stay over a delightful experience

Typical hotel with charming decor for the lounges. Pleasant restaurant and pretty terrace. On the other hand, old-fashioned room. Correct shower redone, but shower room door needs repainting.! Small balcony but chairs and table not clean, and a big fly on the table.! Correct bedding. Small gesture gluten-free bread requested and provided at no extra charge. THANKS

What a beautiful hotel! Both in terms of staff (family atmosphere), in terms of premises (Beautiful room, beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view...), in terms of location (city center and large parking lot). We particularly appreciated the kindness of the boss, and of the whole family who works there. The staff takes great care. I'm gluten intolerant and I've only said so once! They had everything planned for me! We eat very, very well there. Very clean. Unbeatable value for money. Come on… because we can’t be perfect: a little spa refresh is planned and that’s good. Take your pool flippers with you because there aren't any.

We had the chance to spend 2 days and 2 nights with 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners at this establishment. The atmosphere couldn't be more family and pleasant! We came across attentive and interested people who helped us visit this beautiful place in the best conditions (e-bike tour activities, very pretty little waterfall 10 minutes from the hotel) while making us laugh. Personally suffering from violent intolerances to various important foods (egg white, gluten...), each of my meals has been rectified and even reinvented so that my menu is just as good and interesting as the classic! Without any forgetting or reminder. The relaxation area with jacuzzi and spa after a good day of sightseeing is just perfect! Thank you all for this stay! K.Gayod see you soon I hope!!

I got to know Father Benoît's infrastructure as part of a training course (without having to stay in a hotel, which, that said, looks good). The premises for seminars and associated services are adequate (coffee, cups, cakes renewed at each break). The staff always friendly. My dissatisfaction concerns the restaurant service for the last day. In the training formula a daily menu was imposed. Being gluten intolerant, I asked for gluten-free dishes. First day respected and on the last day, I received a dish with a pastry sheet and a sauce made from a roux. While my neighbor receives a salad supposedly for him, actually gluten-free. So I ask if my plate is gluten-free? And there, the waitress replied to me in an unacceptable tone “it’s pastry paper, it’s made with rice flour and at worst, you have your bite”. I am tolerant and I understand that we can be overwhelmed during a service (for your information the room was not full), I understand that we can forget that there is a gluten-free menu at this table , I understand that we may not know (but we find out before asserting things just to have peace, because the pastry sheets are made from wheat flour) and I start from the principle that the To err is human. But answering me like this I find it unacceptable!!! I wish I could tell this lady that we don’t choose to eat gluten free!!!

Magical experience! I was offered a half day at the spa, with lunch and a tour of the rooms. Everything was perfect from start to finish... The spa is magnificent, on 3 floors and with a variety of equipment and pools. The buffet lunch was simple but excellent. Small cold starters, a fish dish, very well cooked and well seasoned. The dessert buffet too, well stocked and delicious... Positive point about the gluten-free choices ;) Finally, a quick tour of the rooms, all with their charm and for all tastes and budgets. Friendly and smiling staff, I would happily come back!

A magnificent culinary experiece. I have never had meals as fantastic as the one I had here. Every single meal was thoroughly thought through and the drinks matched very well. I have never felt as taken care of, as I did here! My brother and I had gluten free meals, and the restaurant took care of everything for us.

We were welcomed very warmly in this pretty inn. Once seated at our table, we look up and discover a large room, nicely decorated in a “mountain” atmosphere. A very varied menu that will please everyone (meat, vegetarian, gluten-free menus, etc.) and which also favors the short circuit and organic products. We wait a little before taking our order but whatever, we feel good there. This is where the surprise comes. We had barely ordered our starters when they were already in front of us. Good thing, we were hungry. We tasted our very good starter and were surprised by the quality of the products, very good! Second surprise, barely the last leaf of salad in our mouths, our plates are taken away to make way for what comes next. The latter was not long in coming! Our food arrived just 5 minutes later. Once again, a very hearty dish, very good, very hot and so on. Too bad we hadn't digested our starter, we unfortunately didn't finish these exquisite dishes. We are unloaded and asked if we want dessert. With great pleasure! We are given the dessert menu and decide not to make the same mistake twice, we take the time to think, even too much, to leave a little space in our already very full stomachs. We order and the desserts arrive just as quickly. Third surprise (positive this time), we are asked if we want a little digestive to accompany this final dish. We accept and end the evening in style. To summarize, a very good location, tasty dishes with excellent value for money, which unfortunately arrive a little quickly and force me to remove a star... If you are passing through this magnificent place, do not hesitate Note to wait a little between the starter and the main course. Your stomach will thank you.

The restaurant bathrooms were tastefully redone and the dining rooms are brighter and more vibrant. We patron this restaurant every time we are in the area and we are never disappointed. Very warm welcome, magnificent place, delicious and inventive dishes. What harmony in the dishes! I chose the 4-course surprise menu with tea pairing, a great discovery! Furthermore, following a strict gluten-free diet, all the necessary adaptations were easily made and, something rare even in starred restaurants, I was served two excellent gluten-free rolls, made by the chef today! so definitely, we will come back. Next time, however, I will communicate my desire for chocolate at the end of the meal... so that the memory is even better! We will surely come back.

We visited this hotel 23 years ago! Then returned from time to time, to the restaurant. Today we had a blast! And this despite my allergies (gluten, lactose). Listening from the very pleasant, efficient and friendly waitress, often with a beautiful smile! The message also went through well in the kitchen as the cook went out of his way to adapt the dishes! Really good, very tasty and quality products. Well done We were welcomed with our 2 doggies. Also very pleasant. So go for it! The view is superb! Fabric tablecloths, as well as napkins. Very kindly welcomed, friendly staff. Clean room, nothing to say about the bedding either, slept well.😁 The aquatic area is not brand new but does the job very well!! We had the whole space to ourselves when we went there.😜 Swimming pool-Jacuzzi-Hammam-Sauna. The restaurant offers pretty and good things...for a reasonable price 😉 the service is also very good!! (Even on a gluten-free diet 😉) Free parking inside the complex. Good hikes (Tour du Faudé, black and white lakes) and visits to do in the area (go take a look at the woodworking museum not very far away 👍) In short, we recommend!!
