Loisium Wine & Spa Hôtel Champagne

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Loisium and would not hesitate to return. There were a few minor quibbles, however: Regarding the restaurant: We would have liked to order wine with our dinner, and the server no longer visited our dining area after the aperitif. We greatly appreciated the chef's efforts to include lactose- and gluten-free options on the restaurant and bar menus, which were absolutely delicious. Kudos! The quality of the products served at breakfast was remarkable! Regarding the hotel: The room doors are poorly soundproofed, the dim lighting is much more helpful, especially at night if you have to get up for a technical break. To apply makeup, you have to go to the elevator to get enough light. The duvet is a bit light in winter, but the thermostat is adjustable as desired. There are car charging stations, including those with domestic outlets, but in spaces three-quarters occupied by cars not charging. The reception staff were very professional. Regarding the spa: we appreciated the power of the sauna followed by a swim in the cool water of the pool, which multiplied the beneficial effects of the sauna. It was a real plus. However, those who are there for the hot water may be disappointed or even dissatisfied. The massages were victims of their own success. And of course, it's best to plan ahead.
