LongHorn Steakhouse

We came to Longhorn Steakhouse from Bleu Monkey Grill after a bad experience. Everything from the hostess, the menu, the staff and most especially, our waitress, was amazing. We arrived close to or right at 5PM this saturday. I had asked about their gluten free menu due to a severe intolerance I have. The waitress knew exactly what I was referring to and walked me through the process. I felt so comfortable being able to eat. The waitress was so sweet the entire time and was incredibly attentive. I got her name but unfortunately forgot. We did sit closer to the bathrooms at a booth against the wall.i hope you find the server and let her know she made one food sensitive person's experience wonderful. I come to hot springs from out of town when I can, and you guys will be my go to for when I go out for dinner!
