WHSmith & Long Shot Cafe - T4 Perth Domestic - Qantas Terminal

Shout out to the 3 guys working at Long Shot in WH Smith near gate 46 around 5.30pm yesterday (Tues 2nd July). We were looking for gluten-free dinner options on a very tight schedule. They couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the options, providing suggestions and then taking seriously the need for avoiding cross-contamination which is very important to coeliacs. We both really enjoyed the gluten-free chicken ceasar on turkish bread roll and the normal (non-GF) roast veggie bagel. When our flight boarded early because the airline wanted to depart ahead of schedule, the guys were super-helpful in getting us out quickly and they didn't complain at all when we apologised for failing to have time to clean up our table when our flight was on final call much earlier than expected. Thank you for being so lovely and service-oriented! At $46, a bit pricey for 2 toasted sandwiches (albeit large toasted rolls) and 2 hot drinks, but hey, it's an airport ... and the super-helpful service made up for the price :)

If you are gluten free, they have premade gluten free chicken baguettes available for purchase. Better than the option onboard Virgin. Coffee is good. Staff are helpful.
