There are gluten free options for people not allergic or celiac. If you are very sensitive don't dine here unless you are content with salad. The staff was five stars for transparency, and not sending me home with six weeks of agony. Really appreciate it.

I just had the best papusa I've ever eaten! This place has a great vibe, super kind staff, fantastic homemade hot sauce (seriously), and was a godsend for my son and I who have celiac disease and must eat strictly gluten free.
