Luna Restaurant

We were not impressed by Luna. We chose the restaurant because of the great reviews, but were really let down. The lunch menu is tiny. I’m gluten free and asked the server what gluten free options they had and he said he wasn’t aware of any. I told him that online it says they have gluten free pasta and he said “okay then that”. The only pasta options are pasta with sauce. No veggies or meat, and it costs $22. We should’ve eaten at home, I could’ve done a better job.

Update: we notified the server of a severe gluten allergy and we had to bring our friend to the emergency room. When we called to notify the restaurant they dodged us and said “how do you know it was our food?” The food was great but the service was lacking. The hostess didn’t want to seat us even though there were open tables. She vaguely said to come back in 20-25 minutes and said she couldn’t take our names down. Luckily there were bar chairs available so we chose to sit there. We noticed every party got seated after us and when we asked to move to an open table the hostess said she had to ask if there was a reservation even though she couldn’t take a reservation from us.
