Enjoyed a gluten-free, lean brisket. It's all they have that is gluten-free and soy-free on their menu. Just need to watch the staff to make sure they follow GF protocol.

Mission BBQ is incredible! Delicious food, friendly staff, and a cool restaurant to eat in. They’re very careful with food allergies and took all the precautions for two of us with gluten sensitivity! Wish they’d bring one to Owensboro!
