Mom’s kitchen situated within Kos port was fantastic. All staff have great knowledge and understanding of coeliac disease and have a dedicated fryer for their chips etc. I had the pork gyros (no pitta) but they are so accommodating and let you have additional food on your plate to make up for the missed pita. Also, they had GF beer, which was brilliant! Extremely low risk of cross-contamination and I’m very happy to share that they have been the best GF restaurant so far. Hope this helps anyone with Coeliac or a Gluten intolerance - they also said the island is getting better as the years go on, but make sure you ask around as some places still don’t understand! The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. Some guests report returning multiple times during their stay because they loved the quality and service. A special highlight is the homemade lemonade, which many recommend as a refreshing accompaniment to their meal.
