First time they made food which I clearly instructed I am allergic to. Then manager said he'd personally make sure next sandwich was correct. Burger came out with wrong toppings again. No gluten at least. But the burger was so raw that I feel nauseous from taking a few bites of it. Absolutely disgusting

We have eaten at Maggie's in Middlebury and Southbury quite a few times. The last time we had Maggie's was in Southbury and it wasn't that great. This time we wanted burgers from Maggie's and ordered through doordash from the Middlebury location. One burger order was completely screwed up, overcooked and instead of the tater tots we paid extra for, it was fries instead. The gluten free cheese bread bun was dry. The burger ended up being thrown out. If you order for takeout, check your items before leaving. Both burgers felt like a waste of money. Hopefully they can start to fix these quality control issues.

As a gluten-free person, I love how many choices there are here. They have a huge menu -- some times I've had items that weren't great, but lately the food has been good. Service is great.
