- 5/24/2023, Wed: , I strongly recommend the seasonal raspberry flower croissant and pistachio filled tea cake, pictured below. 1/22/2023, Sunday: - I tried a few of their baked goods at the Meatpacking location on Washington St between Gansevoort & Horatio in NYC, and they were all of decent quality and creative beyond standard plain and chocolate croissants. I liked the Pain d'espices which had a gluten-free whole grain buckwheat flour, and flavor from the spices and ginger. The chocolate orange oatmeal cookie was a bit sweet, but was still a hearty dessert with oatmeal and an interesting dark chocolate/orange flavor. There is also a citibike dock right outside the store, and nice decor inside with solid rustic woods with upholstered furniture and directional lighting. - 1/28/2023, Sat: - I tried chocolate hazelnut flan and chocolate pistachio croissant. The hazelnut was a butter/paste, and the pistachios were finely chopped / crushed adding a fine decoration & texture.
