I used to love going to this place because of its traditional bakery vibe, service and fresh goods. In the new design it offers less plastic free options and more unhygienic practices (serve yourself) and who needs less human interaction and more apps?? What I used to go for though: THE BEST GLUTEN-SENSITIVE BUCKWHEAT SOURDOUGH BREAD in Montreal - is no longer available! This (sarrasin) Mamiche d'Antan' is the most digestible bread for those sensitive to gluten - that actually acts and tastes like wheat bread (and I have tried many). But it seems the options are reduced, the goods appear less fresh - more refrigerated (maybe because of the set up). It is fancy looking yes but less warm and full of good smells (what you want with a bakery). I would not recommend this outlet to others now. Sorry but I don't think any amount of reviews will undo the money already spent in this direction:-( wish you had consulted your clients in your makeover!
