We’re in Salina, KS. Excellent Italian dinner. Separate gluten-free menu. GF stuffed mushrooms!! Every bite of our food was a treat. Hand-stuffed blue cheese olives and a well-crafted Negroni. The staff were super friendly too.

The food is good. The reason I gave 1 star is due to the fact that my celiac husband was fed regular pasta instead of the gluten free pasta he ordered. (This happened in 2024) We didn't realize it was wrong because we had not eaten here before. We learned of the mistake when the manager stopped by our table to check in. The manager apologized and said they would comp the meal. They didn't refund the meal. Had they followed through, we would have given them another try.

Best Italian food in town! Great service and they even have a gluten free menu! Lunch special where you can get a salad & pasta choice was affordable and nice portion sizes (not too big).
