I asked for gluten-free (I'm celiac) and when picking up the order the chef specified that the pollock was gluten-free (iykyk the joy when a chef knows what he's talking about) and that he had done the best he could to vary the combo despite the restriction. 100% confident!

perfect experience - the front counter and chefs were very thoughtful of our gluten allergies, custom made rolls and delivered excellence (more impressive as I was terrible at ordering). their roll style is a bit unique - think fluffy/chewy rice with the fish but the quality and taste were on point. We would absolutely recommend and return again soon

Excellent service et les sushis étaient excellents! Ma fille, coeliaque, ne peut consommer de gluten. Aucune contamination croisée.
