A long time Austin standard, Maudie's offers satisfying texmex with gluten friendly options. Going to the trouble of making the GF chips in safe fryers, they come in sealed plastic bags and are available upon request. Their breakfast tacos are loaded and delicious, but the enchilada plates are my favorite.

Gluten free TEX MEX that is Gluten free and can make almost all items GF! Asked for Gluten free chips and they came out in a sealed bag, how impressive is that, WOW! Salsa is great too, would highly recommend frequenting here if wanting delicious 😋 and Gluten free!
