Where do I start? I'll preface with, I avoid reviews since the pandemic. Not busy at all. Sat in the bar area. About 8 ppl in the whole place. Went for happy hour. Was told they dont do it on the weekend. *UPDATE YOUR INFO* Ordered 2 drinks and an ahi appetizer. Not bad. Kinda flat. Told our server I have a gluten allergy. Its severe. We ordered a cobia entree and a big eye entree, parm oysters, shrimp kisses and a side of truffle fries. Told the server to bring the dishes out as they came up. We share things. The oysters came out. They were good. Our server told us the Scampi sauce had gluten in it.(WHY!?!?) So I asked for the sauce on the side. About 30 minutes later everything else came out.
1. Everything was cold
2. We didnt get the shrimp(2 of them) or the sauce
3. When that came out they were together. Shrimp sauced
4. The shrimp kisses had onion straws on them. *flour. Doesnt say that on the menu
5. The cobia was offensively overcooked
6. Veggies were good
7. Wasabi mashed potatoes should not be a thing. Ever.
8. Nothing was seasoned except for the veggies
9. Everything was cold
Told our server about the gluten issues. Said and did nothing about it. Allergies matter people. I would have been ruined for days. And, if you mess up, make it right! Replace the kisses and scampi. What would have been cool is if they would have just made REAL Scampi for me. My wife and I are both chefs. I tip 25% minimum. This dude got 10 since most of these issues were service related. ALLERGIES MATTER. Oh, and it was 150 bucks
