Either these reviews are for the non gluten free foods or I just went on an off day. I got the okra gumbo and red beans and rice, I felt like when I said gluten free they went ok no seasoning for this one. It was so bland I couldnt eat it. I was very disappointed as I was looking foward to good; safe for me to eat, food.

I had an incredible experience at Meals from the Heart in the French Market! The crab cake was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful in the middle. The accompanying sauce was absolutely delicious, elevating the dish to another level. The service was phenomenal, with friendly and attentive staff who made the meal even more enjoyable. I was also impressed by the variety of gluten-free options available, catering to different dietary needs. Highly recommend this spot for a delightful dining experience!
