This is definitely more of a grab and go place than a sit down restaurant but the food is quality and if weather is nice you can go sit outside in the park. I had the caprese melt on gluten free bread and it was delicious. Lots of pesto and mozzarella.

This was by far the best meal I had during our 10-day New England road trip. I got the lobster roll but on gluten free bread. It was perfectly prepared and insanely delicious. My daughter said the bacon cheese fries were spectacular. I foresee another trip to Bar Harbor just to visit Melt.
