The good: the house salad and dressing was crisp and fresh. My daughter loved the bread. The bruschetta was also very good. The not so good: I’ve had their pizza several times at the shady side location. I’ve always felt that the center of the pizza is either too sauced, too oiled (depending on pizza) or just undercooked. You almost need a spoon to eat the first 1/3 of the pizza. This time we tried a Sicilian. 30 dollars for a cheese pizza. Lol. The crust was very thick and dry. I feel that whoever cut the pizza cut it right out of the oven and didn’t let it rest. The outside edges had zero cheese, little sauce. Again very dry. Basically the outside of the pizza was gigantic crust. Servers were understaffed / struggling. Our sever seemed to have a bunch of tables and was making mixed drinks. The temp / humidity in the building was fairly uncomfortable. I’m not sure it that was due to the oven and open floor plan or not. It wasn’t too bad for but the people I was with were not a fan. I think the gluten free pizza holds up better than the regular pizza.

We had to wait an hour to be seated and never received the text when our table was ready. I had to go in to check and it seemed our table had been ready a while before. We then had to wait over another hour to even get our food. People who ordered after us (both party of 2) got their food a half hour before we got ours. Neither server never even apologized to us for the wait or anything and they knew we were upset. We saw our server twice the whole meal. The pizza was so thin, no flavor, and tasted burnt. The gluten free and regular was nothing special at all. Terrible service, not great food, would not recommend wasting your time or money on this place. Very disappointed.
