After a year of avoiding gluten, I finally let myself enjoy everything Meryl Bakery has to offer—and wow, what a way to come back! Every bite was absolute perfection. The croissants were so buttery and flaky, the pastries were rich and flavorful, and honestly, I just couldn’t stop smiling the entire time.
You can tell how much love and skill goes into everything they make. The staff is super friendly, the space is cozy, and the whole experience just felt special. If I’m going to be eating gluten again, this is exactly how I want to do it. I’ll definitely be back (probably way too often).
